Individual Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Individual psychodynamic psychotherapy is a collaborative and reflective process that helps you explore the deeper layers of your emotional life. In a confidential, one-on-one setting, we look at how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be shaping your current thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Together, we make sense of the emotions, defences, and internal conflicts that may keep you feeling stuck or disconnected. Through this exploration, greater self-awareness emerges, opening the door to more choice, freedom, and emotional balance in everyday life.

Expat Counselling
Living abroad can be both exciting and disorienting. Alongside the adventure of new experiences often comes a deep sense of loss, isolation, or uncertainty about belonging. You may find yourself struggling to adapt to a new culture, missing home, or questioning your identity and sense of self in unfamiliar surroundings.
I strive to create a supportive space to process these challenges and explore the emotional impact of cross-cultural transitions. Together, we can make sense of the complex feelings that accompany relocation, including grief, loneliness, disconnection, or cultural adjustment, while helping you rebuild a sense of stability, meaning, and connection.
Having been an expat myself, I understand how difficult it can be to find a therapist in your new country who speaks your native language and understands the nuances of the process. Our work will focus on helping you feel more settled and connected as you adjust to life in a new context.
